How long can my flask keep drinks hot or cold?

Nivtt flask can keep drinks hot or cold for more than 12 hours. Of course, the actual insulation time will be affected by many factors, such as ambient temperature, frequency of use, and the sealing of the cup. However, our thermos has undergone rigorous testing and quality control to ensure that it can keep drinks hot or cold for 12 hours or more under normal use.

Can I put coffee in my flask?

Nivtt flasks are designed for convenience, allowing you to enjoy your coffee in wide-mouth model. The vacuum-insulated stainless steel is safe for both hot and cold beverages, including coffee, and the double wall of insulation will maintain hot temperatures for hours. However, please note that if you add any dairy products or milk substitutes to your coffee, it is important to clean and sanitize your bottle as soon as possible after use. If your bottle goes unsanitized for longer than 20 minutes, we recommend using hydrogen peroxide, water cleaning tablets, or a bleach solution to clean it.

Can I clean my flask in the dishwasher?

To avoid damaging the bottle, do not put Nivtt flask in the dishwasher as high temperatures and the wash process can affect the bottle. Instead, we recommend washing the flask inside and out with warm so water.

Is it possible to modify the shipping address if I entered it incorrectly?

If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately to update your details. However, if your item has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot modify or resend your product, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate before making a purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your items are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. We will gladly replace your items and do not require the damaged items to be returned. However, we kindly request that you provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can properly handle the claim process with our carrier.
